My son loves acting like a barista with the coffee filters and chips, he even lines up his stuffed animals to take orders. The matching kettle and pots give him plenty of variety. Batteries were not included, but once added, the realistic sounds are fun.

We chose this wooden kitchen because we wanted something sturdy and non plastic. The finish is smooth, no rough edges, and the water based paint looks nice in our living room. Kids are obsessed with the washing machine door and keep stuffing dolls and socks in it.

I like that there is a washing machine and a stove in one compact unit, it teaches my daughter about chores in a playful way. She makes coffee while her little brother pretends to wash clothes. It feels stable and has held up well so far despite daily use.

The pretend coffee maker is the highlight here, my son copies my morning coffee ritual and it is adorable to watch.
