We bought this for our daughters fourth birthday and it became the main attraction in our living room. The only downside is the weight, it is heavy to move by myself. However, that weight also makes it solid. Range sounds are not too loud, which I appreciate in a small space.

The sound knobs and little range hood surprised me in a good way. My son keeps turning them just to hear the click and see the lights. The wood feels sturdy and the cabinets actually close well. Biggest plus is that it teaches him to clean up since there are baskets and shelves for everything, he now puts the pots away without a fight.
